Resale or disclosure of information to third parties: I do not sell, rent, loan, trade, or lease any personal information collected at our site, this includes my email lists.

Privacy of my email lists: I maintain email lists to keep interested individuals informed. Individuals must affirmatively request to join my mailing list. Additionally, I configure my list server software to refuse to divulge the email addresses of my list subscribers to anyone but me and authorized staff.

Joey’s No Sale Phone Call Policy

Many agents in the real estate industry “cold call” to develop sales lead. Cold calling is phone calling people without their consent for solicitation. Personally, I do not welcome salespeople calling me at all hours of the day to sell me something. I never cold call anyone to solicit business because I believe it is unprofessional and inappropriate. Read more about my No Sales Calls policy page.
