Congratulations! You are considering buying a property in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Start planning where you would like to move. Consider ALL options you have in the next purchase of your home. Although, I am Real Estate salesperson and my income is generated by the transaction of a deal....Ask yourself twice, only once...Do I need to move?

Start jotting down the things you are looking for in the next place you would like to move into. Are you looking for a wooded fireplace in the Master bedroom? His and her closits? A swimming pool in the backyard? Or maybe a deck for summer bbq?
